MATT EDWARDS
FOUNDER | HEAD COACH
Matt turned professional in 2011 and following the completion of his PGA training was recognised as the UK's youngest PGA Head Professional at the age of just 21.
He now has over 14 years experience coaching elite players, complete beginners and everything in between. His passion for player development soon lead to the introduction of cutting edge technology.
Matt founded MGM in 2020 to build a facility that allows every level of golfer access to industry leading technology in a modern, relaxed environment.

PENNINGTON
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Chelsea joined the team in 2020 with a background in working with luxury car brands.

As our Operations Director she looks after most key aspects of running the business day-to-day and is the warm welcome that greets you on arrival.
She has been an integral part of the company's rapid growth over the years and always makes time to have a coffee and chat with our members.

WARREN
HARRIS
SENIOR GOLF COACH
Warren is a PGA qualified and accredited full-time golf coach, with over 15 years experience and has worked with players at grass roots level to mini tour professionals.
​
His approach to coaching is based around helping players find their most efficient movements and technique to help them hit better golf shots, whilst, as a mind factor certified coach, also supporting their mental game for improved all round performance.

CONOR
O'GRADY
SENIOR GOLF COACH
Conor first turned professional in 2017 and started his coaching career soon after in 2018, he's since gained a lot of experience in coaching golfers of all abilities and ages from complete beginners to scratch players.
​
He worked with Trackman before joining the MGM family and has since qualified as a level 1 & 2 certified Trackman coach.
​
To develop his knowledge further Conor is currently completing his final year of the PGA qualification.
JAMES
HUNT
JUNIOR GOLF COACH
James started playing golf at a young age and has represented both club and county.
He attended The Golf College where he successfully completed a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sporting Excellence & Performance alongside this he worked on his own golf game with award winning instructors including Denis Pugh.
This ignited James' passion for coaching and since turning professional in 2022 he has now completed his second year of the PGA Qualification to become a fully qualified coach.

JOHNSON
CLUBHOUSE HOST
Jadon took up golf just 5 years ago, and since then, he’s thrown himself into the game with real passion and purpose. Now playing off a 5 handicap, he’s determined to reach scratch and qualify as a PGA professional.
Jadon is always on hand to welcome members and customers with a smile. Whether you’re arriving for a golf lesson, an indoor golf simulator session, or just popping in for a chat about all things golf, Jadon is here to help make your experience seamless and enjoyable.
His enthusiasm for the game is infectious – and his journey at MGM is only just getting started!

HORNE
JUNIOR GOLF COACH
Ben has had a love for golf since he was young, and he was honoured to be named as a junior captain at just 16 years old. With over a decade of playing experience, he regularly takes golf lessons to improve his skills and deepen his understanding of the game. This journey has inspired him to pursue a coaching career, and will begin his first year of the PGA Qualification next year to become fully certified.

EDWARDS
THE APPRENTICE
Alfie has been with MGM since 2021 and to this day plays a key role in both member and customer satisfaction.
​
He sleeps for 80% of the day but makes up for it by kindly emptying members golf bags of any left over sandwiches.

It's fair to say he is the highlight of everyones day!
