If you follow our Instagram page, you’ll probably notice one thing straight away: a lot of before and after swing changes. Different golfers, different abilities, different goals, but very often the same underlying issues.

We share these clips because they’re real. Real golfers, real problems, and real improvements. No filters, no tricks, and no “perfect” swings. Just clear examples of what happens when someone finally understands what their swing is doing and why certain shots keep showing up on the course.

One of the most common messages we get is, “That looks exactly like my swing.” And that’s usually followed by, “I’ve been struggling with that for years.”

That’s the point.

Most golfers don’t lack effort or commitment. They practise. They watch videos. They try drills. The problem is they’re often working on the wrong thing, or they don’t fully understand what’s actually causing the miss they’re trying to fix. A slice, a pull, inconsistent strike, or loss of distance is usually a symptom, not the root cause.

When you see a before and after swing on our page, what you’re really seeing is clarity. The golfer has stopped guessing. They’ve stopped chasing ten different swing thoughts. Instead, they’ve identified the key movement or impact condition that matters most for them.

That’s exactly how we approach coaching.

Every lesson starts with understanding your swing as it is today. Using TrackMan data and high-speed video, we look at how you deliver the club, where you strike the ball, how the clubface behaves through impact, and how your body movements influence all of that. Once you can see it clearly, the solution becomes much simpler.

A lot of the changes you see on our Instagram aren’t dramatic or extreme. In fact, many are quite subtle. That’s because the biggest improvements often come from small adjustments in setup, sequencing, strike location, or understanding how the body and club are meant to work together. When those pieces start to line up, consistency improves quickly.

If you’re scrolling through our content and recognising patterns in your own game, that’s not a coincidence. Golfers tend to struggle in similar ways, especially when they’ve been self-coaching for a long time or relying on generic advice that doesn’t quite fit their swing.

Following the page is a great way to learn, stay motivated, and see what’s possible. But if something you see feels familiar, it’s usually a sign that your swing would benefit from the same kind of clarity and structure.

You don’t need a complete rebuild. You don’t need to swing like someone else. You just need to understand what your swing needs.

And that’s where we can help.
